DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE, BESIDES BUYING THE WEDEMAND! TICKET TO HELP IN THE SUCCESS OF THE MOBILIZATION?

Yes! You are not required, but it is important to get involved, helping viralize the show on Twitter, Facebook, by e-mail, besides inviting friends, sending video clips so more people can get to know the band and the concert. The more you share, the more chances you have to win a free ticket.

WHICH SHOWS HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE THROUGH THIS SYSTEM?

HOW ARE THE PAYMENTS MADE ?

Payments are made via credit card.

HOW IS THE REFUND MADE?

If you are eligible for it, through a reversal of the payment on the same credit card used on the transaction.

WILL I RECEIVE MY WEDEMAND! TICKET AT HOME?

No. You withdraw your WeDemand Ticket it at the box office, on the day of the show, on a special list. You must present your ID to withdraw the ticket.

HOW DO I GET MY WEDEMAND! TICKET?

On the day of the event, at the venues box office, there will be a special list for those who bought the WeDemand! ticket. Simply present your ID and get your ticket. We advise you to arrive early to avoid delays at the entrance.

CAN I GIVE MY WEDEMAND! TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, changing the name in the list is allowed until 24 hours before the event. For this it is necessary that the cardholder sends an email to info [@] wedemand.com.br, stating the full name of who will take the ticket.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE AMOUNT NEEDED IS NOT REACHED?

The following day after the date set as the limit for the mobilization, all those who bought the WeDemand! ticket are fully reimbursed via credit card on the same account, and the event is cancelled.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE AMOUNT NEEDED IS REACHED?

The concert is confirmed and regular ticket sales begin.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT DOES NOT SELL ANY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AFTER THE WEDEMAND! TICKETS?

The event is guaranteed with the minimum amount raised by the WeDemand! tickets. In this case, the event happens only with those who have took part on the campaign.

PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT THE WEDEMAND! TICKET PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT PROFIT?

No. The reward is to watch the concert for free, having the personal fulfillment to help the making of a concert that, otherwise, wouldn't happen and have a chance to watch it for free. For us, the most important thing is to make the gig happen.

WHY DOESN'T THE AUDIENCE PARTICIPATE IN THE PROFIT?

Because all the work and risk is on the account of the team that produces the event. The audience doesn’t run any risks: if the value is not reached, they receive their money back and if the value is reached, the event is guaranteed, even if does not sell any extra tickets in general admission. Moreover, the audience has no risk of loss: all costs inherent to produce an event is absorbed by the production, including any extra costs.

WHY SHOULD I BUY A WEDEMAND! TICKET INSTEAD OF JUST WAITING FOR THE START OF REGULAR TICKET SALES?

For starters, because the WeDemand Ticket is cheaper than a normal ticket. More importantly, without the minimum required for their achievement, there’s no event. WHY ISN'T MY PHOTO APPEARING IN THE MOSAIC?

WHAT IMAGES MAY BE DISPLAYED IN THE MOSAIC BY THOSE WHO BUY THE WEDEMAND! TICKETS?

Personal photos, over which you have the rights to use. No logos are allowed, third-party photos or text messages. We try to be as flexible as possible, because we know that not everyone uses pictures as avatar. However, we reserve the right to remove / change any photos in the mosaic that we believe to be infringing any internal site rules or that is in violation of any law.

CAN I DISPLAY A LOGO IN THE MOSAIC AS MY PROFILE PICTURE?

No. It is forbidden to add corporate logos and images in the mosaic.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DATE OF THE EVENT IS TRANSFERRED?

Until a concert is confirmed, there may be numerous date changes. By several factors, including scheduling, logistics, and sometimes the first booked date is not when the event actually happens. However, if this happens it will be solved.

HOW DO WE GET THE WEDEMAND! TICKETS?

At the box office on the day of the event, with a special queue whenever possible.

BY PARTICIPATING DO WE GET THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE GIFTS SUCH AS SHIRTS, POSTERS, ETC?

No. Although we will always try to set up special gifts to our crowd, this is not an obligation.
