WE DEMAND WORKS WITH 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

Hit the “demand a show” button and show your favorite artists that you want them to play in your city. You will get connected to your artists and be kept in the loop when it’s time for them to hit the road. If there’s enough demands, they will come to your city!

2 - Share with your friends

Mobilize your friends and put your city on the map. You can make it happen! The more people demanding, the better. So tell your friends, share the links on your social networks, and get your city’s demands up!

3 - See it live

If your campaign to get demands is a success, the artist will let you know when they come to town. As a demander, you will have access to early bird tickets, promotions and exclusive content.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET A SHOW TO MY CITY?

The best way to get your favorite artist to your city is by spreading the artist’s WeDemand profile to your friends. The more people clicking the “demand a show” button, the greater the chances of your city getting noticed.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF DEMANDS NEEDED TO MAKE A SHOW HAPPEN?

There is no set minimum. It varies a lot depending on the size of the artists or the show but the more demands, the better!

WHAT’S A WEDEMAND TICKET?

WeDemand Tickets are tickets sold directly by WeDemand, usually for meet & greets, crowdfunding or special pre-sales. They are different from regular tickets because those are handled by the ticket retailer (such as TicketMaster, TicketFly, etc) directly.

HOW ARE THE PAYMENTS MADE?

For payments handled by WeDemand, they are made via credit card through Stripe. If you follow a ticket sale link then you will go through the ticket retailers’ website.

WILL I RECEIVE MY WEDEMAND! TICKET AT HOME?

No. You redeem your WeDemand Ticket at the box office, on the day of the show. Because you are a demander, you will be on a special list. Just because you are special doesn’t mean you can forget your ID!

HOW DO I GET MY WEDEMAND! TICKET?

On the day of the event, at the venue’s box office, there will be a special list for those who bought a WeDemand! ticket. Simply present your ID to receive your ticket. We advise you to arrive early to avoid delays at the entrance.

CAN I GIVE MY WEDEMAND! TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes. Simply have the person you want to give the ticket to attend the show with your ID or the credit card used to buy the ticket in order to be able to pick it up.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE AMOUNT NEEDED IS NOT REACHED?

The following day after the crowdfunding campaign ends, all those who bought a WeDemand! ticket are fully reimbursed via credit card for the same account, and the event doesn’t happen.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE AMOUNT NEEDED IS REACHED?

The show is confirmed and regular ticket sales begin. You can be proud you made it happen!

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE REGULAR TICKETS AFTER THE WEDEMAND! TICKETS DON’T SELL OUT?

The event is guaranteed to happen with the minimum amount raised by the WeDemand! tickets.

DO PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT THE WEDEMAND! TICKET PROFIT FROM THE SHOW?

No. The reward is to have the personal satisfaction of knowing that without you, the show wouldn’t have happened.

WHY DOESN'T THE AUDIENCE PARTICIPATE IN THE PROFIT?

It is a matter of risk. All the work and risk falls on the team that produces the event. If the minimum value is not reached, fans receive their money back and if the value is reached, the event is guaranteed, even if additional tickets don’t sell. This means the audience has no risk of loss: all costs inherent to produce an event is absorbed by the production team, including any extra costs.

WHY SHOULD I BUY A WEDEMAND! TICKET INSTEAD OF JUST WAITING FOR THE START OF REGULAR TICKET SALES?

First and foremost, those who participate in the crowdfunding campaign make the show happen. If the minimum amount is not raised, there is no show. There’s another reason too: a WeDemand Ticket is cheaper than a normal ticket will cost once the show is confirmed! Also, those who buy a WeDemand Ticket for 10 different successful crowdfunding campaigns, get a free ticket for their loyalty and support of live music.

WHY ISN'T MY PHOTO APPEARING IN THE MOSAIC?

You need to add your photo to your profile or connect your profile to Facebook to use your Facebook profile picture.

WHICH IMAGES WILL BE DISPLAYED IN THE MOSAIC BY THOSE WHO BUY THE WEDEMAND! TICKETS?

Personal photos, over which you have the rights to use. No logos are allowed, third-party photos or text messages. We try to be as flexible as possible, because we know that not everyone uses pictures as an avatar. However, we reserve the right to remove / change any photos in the mosaic that we believe to be infringing on any internal site rules or that is in violation of any law.

CAN I DISPLAY A LOGO IN THE MOSAIC AS MY PROFILE PICTURE?

No. It is forbidden to add corporate logos and images in the mosaic.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DATE OF A CONFIRMED SHOW IS CHANGED?

Until a show is confirmed, there may be numerous date changes due to several factors, including band scheduling and logistics. However, if this happens we will able to deal with this on a case by case basis.

HOW DO I GET THE WEDEMAND TICKET I BOUGHT?

At the box office on the day of the event, with a special line whenever possible.

BY PARTICIPATING DO I GET THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE GIFTS SUCH AS MEET&GREET, STICKERS, SHIRTS, POSTERS AND/OR OTHER PERKS?

No. Although we will always try to set up special deals for those who take part in crowdfunding, the format, rules and conditions of WeDemand! may change without notice, as long as they do not affect what’s already underway.

Yes, but to start crowdfunding, you will need the date and venue of the show you want to crowdfund.

HOW DO I COME UP WITH HOW MUCH MONEY I NEED TO MAKE THE SHOW HAPPEN?

That’s between the artist and the promoter.

DO I HAVE TO PAY WEDEMAND ANY FEES FOR A CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN?

Yes, there is a 15% fee on the WeDemand Tickets sold on the platform.

DO I HAVE TO SELL ALL THE TICKETS TO THE SHOW THROUGH THE PLATFORM?

No. The way you use the platform is up to you and can adapt according to your needs.

DO I NEED TO OFFER SPECIAL BENEFITS TO THE FANS?

AM I ABLE TO CONTACT MY AUDIENCE DIRECTLY THROUGH WEDEMAND?

Yes. You will be able to directly contact your audience through WeDemand, and promote exclusive early bird tickets or crowdfund a show.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START A CAMPAIGN?
